Problems with paper feeding in a Brother printer could be the feeding of multiple pages, not clean stacking of paper, or the message "No paper feed" or "Paper jam" on the screen. These are some of the common problems Brother users experience when the printer has paper feed problems.

Try the following recommendations to avoid these issues:

- Make sure the paper is loaded correctly in the paper tray and the paper support flap is unfolded.
- Pull the paper tray from the machine and remove the output tray.
- Remove the paper out from the paper tray.
- Pull out the paper support and unfold the paper support.
- Fan the stack of paper fairly enough to avoid paper jams and misfeeds.
- Carefully load the paper with the printed side down and the top of the paper in the paper tray first. The paper should be flat in the tray and below the maximum paper mark. Make sure that you do not push the paper in too far, otherwise it may lift off at the end of the tray and cause feeding problems.
- Press and slide the paper guides on the sides of the paper according to the paper width.
- Clean the paper feed roller
- Pull the paper tray completely from the machine.
- Disconnect the device from the mains socket and remove the protective cover .
- Clean the paper feed roller with isopropyl alcohol on a cotton swab.
- Put the jam clear cover back on. Make sure the cover is set correctly.
- Insert the paper tray firmly into the machine.
- Reconnect the power cord.
- Make sure that only one paper type is loaded in the paper tray.
- Make sure you use paper that meets the specifications of the printer.
- Do not use paper that is damaged, curled, wrinkled, or irregularly shaped.
- We recommend using Brother paper to make sure the paper meets the correct specifications.
